Thank goodness that SOMEONE is finally going to address this huge problem! It's bugged me for years. Why don't kids put their books and stuff in their lockers? I like your size regulations idea.
Ethos: I sort of see you as strict, but your voice doesn't sound all that strict. You need to bring out your mean, angry, tough voice, and you need to talk more about how unwilling you will be to compromise. Talk about your zero tolerance policy! Really emphasize how inflexible you'll be.
